I called other places that told me that they couldn't do anything until they sent someone to diagnose the problem, even though I was well aware that the blower motor blew.
When I called Accurate Conditioning (at 11:49am), I described the issue and he told me that he had the piece and could fix it immediately and that he wasn't far. (it snowed that morning and it was around 15 degrees out).
He came, fixed it immediately, priced it out fairly, and was completely done by 1pm.
I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
