I called other places that told me that they couldn't do anything until they sent someone to diagnose the problem, even though I was well aware that the blower motor blew.
When I called Accurate Conditioning (at 1149am), I described the issue and he told me that he had the piece and could fix it immediately and that he wasn't far. (it snowed that morning and it was around 15 degrees out).
He came, fixed it immediately, priced it out fairly, and was completely done by 1pm.
I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

When purchasing a new furnace, it helps to understanding the difference between a standard traditional furnace at 78% - 82% efficiency, or a high efficiency 92% - 95% furnace. Understanding this difference can make your purchasing experience a little easier.
Standard Furnaces
An older standard 78% - 82% efficiency furnace is not as efficient as today's standards because 20% of your heat is lost through your chimney. In cases where a high efficiency furnace is unable to be installed, a standard furnace has options to increase its efficiency level and still save you money.
High Efficiency Furnaces
A high efficiency green furnace is at the highest level of efficiency for today's standards ranging between 92% - 95%. What this means is that all the heat being produced by these furnaces will not be lost through your chimney essentially heating the outdoors. Instead this heat will be re-directed through a secondary heat exchanger lowering the amount of heat lost to only 5% - 8% out of your chimney. This in turn increases the amount of heat that stays in your home and lowers your monthly heating bills.
